The warranty covers only work performed and installed spare parts. The warranty period for equipment repair, replacement of parts, equipment assemblies is one year (unless otherwise agreed) and is counted from the date of delivery of the equipment to the customer. The warranty card must indicate the type of equipment, manufacturer, model, serial number of the equipment or its individual parts (if any), as well as the date of repair and delivery of the equipment to the customer. Without presenting the above warranty card, the product will not be accepted for warranty repair.
Warranty repairs are not performed in the following cases:
- warranty expired;
- there is no or unreadable warranty card confirming the warranty;
- the product does not have a serial number (if it is provided and was specified in the warranty card);
- in the presence of any mechanical damage, scratches, chips, dents, both outside and inside the product, as well as traces of opening or self-repair;
